I never post! It is all tumblrs' fault! I am there most of the time, dropping pics and sharing love and I forget all about the lovely world of blogspot.

Anyway.... I have recently fallen in love with this beautiful shop of wonders called Vintage Opulence. You all know that I am a ridiculously loyal Etsyan and I spend countless hours scrolling its' pages in wonderland. I am always finding new an d inspiring shops that suit my fancy and this one really hits the mark!

Dusty Mauve Slip Dress: $150.

I have gradually been adding more and more natural kei and mori girl styles into my wardrobe lately. When I discovered lolita it was exciting, new, and fun, everything that I wanted my life to be. I delved in many of the subcategories until I found that even though I loved all types of lolita, it wasn't how I felt every day. I have always been more of what I like to call a "gypsy romantic". I love long, flowy skirts and fairy tale patterns. I live for black lace and pagan inspired motifs. I dream of silken scarves with intricate embroidery and earth jewels hanging from my neck. Which is why when I fist noticed this wonderful shop, I felt that I needed to have everything in it!

I have been ooohing and aaahing over fairy kei and popkei fashion for a while now and I think I'm about to bust! I just can't get enough of the frills, colours and sparkly goodness that is wrapped into every stitch. I love the 80's influence, and to be honest I have been loving 80's fashion myself!

I know that I haven't posted in a while and that makes me a huge punk! I have been working on loads of different projects that have been keeping me super busy.
Soon enough I will have another blog, a website and three ETSY shops full of goodies! I have also been collaborating with some lovely ladies for photo shoots and much more!
I am starting a vintage clothing and accessory business with two of my buds Margaux and Michelle. We will have an awesome ETSY shop stocked with everything from crazy eighties sweaters to groovy home furnishings. We will also be blogging about our quests for unique pieces and fashion trends that we find during our adventures.
No more leaks for now, I am excited to talk about holiday wish lists and adorable loli gift finds on ETSY!

NYAF and La Vida Frills contest!

This years' New York Anime Fest/ Comicon was a great experience! This was the first time that I purchased an artist alley table and I was very happy with it.

My friend Margaux and I!

My table was a bit empty on one side so Margaux knit some beautiful headbands to fill it up. They were a hit!

The fuzzy bows were being snatched up by the second but the bear heads were the first to go.

I will definitely be going again next year. I will have to bring much more merch however, because I was sold out by Saturday evening. We were making headbands on the spot and they were being bought right out of our hands! I even had a girl wait around while I made a custom for her. Intense!

There was an extremely lovely mori/dolly kei/ natural kei panel by Martha of Moss Garden. I really enjoyed learning about the differences of the styles and how easily it was to create coordinates by thrifting in my own town. These three styles have really been growing on me lately! I have always been a forest girl so I really enjoy the elements of nature that these three sub-fashions hold. Interested in learning more? So in love am I with this woodsy style that it inspired my submission into the Dream Coordinate contest by La Vida Frills!

End of Summer Shoot!

Yessssssssssssssssss! I have discovered a new passion!. Well,..not really new. I have always loved to take photos but this was the most fun that I have had doing so in a while. The day was so lovely and fulfilling despite that fact that two of the girls couldn't make it. The three that did were so perfectly suited to the style and so natural that the shoot went off without a hitch.
It was a very, very warm day and the sun shone down on us unmercifully! I tried to get most of the shots in the shade and even took a few by the water. Grounds for Sculpture is such a beautiful place, I recommend it highly.

All of the clothing, bags and hats were vintage. The two petticoats that Laura( blonde!) wore were so delicate and amazing!

We had to wear wristbands to prove that we paid to get in. Can you spot one?

I bought this dress from the Goodwill for $25!

Our little buddy Winthrop. After much screaming (from him!) M put him safely in a tree.

Secret Garden

People all over the park were gawking and asking questions all day. I Thought that it would be pretty obvious what we were doing, (especially since I had a camera and they were posing for it) but apparently not. We were stopped at least 15 times.

People were also quite interest in M's hair!

I was having so much fun that I nearly forgot to take product shots!

By the end of the day we were all hot and tired. We went back to the cafe and had ice cream!

Melissa and her inspiration hair!

After a long day of recuperation ( I had the sniffles yesterday) I finally feel well enough to be excited for the photo shoot that I put together for tomorrow! I was inspired while at Otakon by my friend Melissa's long wavy hair. I was just about to fall asleep when I noticed her unbraiding her long locks and thought to myself:

"That hair would look great with lots of crochet accessories in it, maybe with a woodsy background.....with neutral colours and ribbons and flowers and.......zzzzzz"

Yup, I fell asleep after that. But I never forgot my plans, and tomorrow they will come into fruition!

I borrowed a few girls from work to join in my little shoot (for variety in hair colour and length) and we will be shooting at Grounds for Sculpture!

Because it is still hot, I didn't really want to go into full on mori style. I really look forward to the cooler days when I can however!

Dark and delicious! That is how I describe the h.Naoto fashion show. The music was a bit creepy, but the models were excellent.

I didn't really get to take as many pictures as I would have liked. The lighting was sketchy and I don't really know how to use my camera that well yet.

This was one of my favourite looks of the show. The buttons were actually mini doorknobs!

JACKET!!!!!!!

This look was my favourite. He introduced it as the "new look of lolita" (which didn't fly with me at all) but I still loved it! I adore soft flowing silhouettes and gauzy pile on lace mixed with black sequins and harsher fabrics.

The designer himself was completely adorable and spoke so little English! I couldn't help but to find that so endearing. After the walk there was a bit of Q and A. He described his inspiration for a few of the pieces in detail and showcased some of his other brands, Hungry and Angry, and Sixh.

I was so inspired by the looks that I put together a little coord on Polyvore!

Isn't she just beyond adorable??!?! I really find her to be the most genuinely cute person I have ever seen on paper! I tried to find some of her street snaps and photos from Kera magazine to show her day to day style (which is a mixture of romance meets grunge) but I couldn't find any online. A bunch of outfits and a new challenge

I really don't know what's going on with all of these serious faces. I must not have felt well!

I love wearing frames!!

I also love wearing loads of colour!

Yay!!!! O.K. so not really a bunch, but a few! I really love getting super creative with what I wear but sometimes it can be a bit difficult. Many of us have careers that require us to stick to a certain dress code. The dress code where I work isn't too bad, but it can be a bit restricting for someone who wears lolita aka: me. It is especially hard around this time of year BECAUSE DURING BACK TO SCHOOL SEASON WE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR JEANS EVERYDAY. I wrote that in all caps because that is how it makes me feel. All caps. No skirts, no shorts with colourful tights, no frilly dresses (that is not allowed anyway) only DENIM. No fun for me.

So I have made the decision to challenge myself.

How can I beautify my denim prison?

How can I make 30 something days of denim work for me?

By incorporating my person style and flair into each blue stitch that's how!! So here starts the 30 something day denim challenge!! Every day I will wear my jeans with as much creativity as possible and post my piccies here to help inspire of jean wearers to break the blue britches mold!!!!

This is the dress that I made for International Lolita Day. I literally made it that morning, and only spent about an hour and a half on it. I did not turn out the way that I had planned, but I loved it anyway. It was a scorcher that day, so I was grateful that I chose a breathable fabric!

I did not end up going to New York like I had planned. Instead I had a lovely craft day in the park with a few friends.

Speaking of crafts....guess who snagged an artist alley table at NYAF/NYCC?

Silly Face!

Today was my Goddaughters' 8th birthday party! It was carnival themed, so I reprised my musical elephant ensemble for the occasion. Star Trek mini-post

A few days ago I went to the Star Trek exhibit at the Franklin institute.

I loved it. 100%. I loved seeing all of the old wardrobe and little props that were used. the simulator was fun, but not for those who are easily nauseated, like me. About 13 seconds into it, I wanted off. I tried my best to enjoy the four minute ride, but ultimately, I was ill.

After the exhibit we went to an amazingly delish yogurt shop and had the most wonderful treats ever! If I could remember the name, I would recommend it to everyone!

Magical futuristic candy unicorn dreams. yes, that is a sentence.

Doe Deere has wowed me for years. I remember stumbling across her fashion line and instantly getting inspired by her use of colour.

To this day I follow her blog and coo over her electric ensembles. Her make-up line dazzles my fairy eyes!She was a make-up artist and model for Megan Maude in March and I was so sad that I happened to be THE ONLY MODEL WHO DID NOT GET HER MAKE-UP DONE! I was busy steaming and ironing the clothes!

The Cloisters Gothic Lolita Meetup

This was the most beautiful and well oraganized meetup I have ever been to! I was so happy that I was able to attend (esp. since I am broke and don't have a job!). The Cloisters is a beautiful piece of gothic heaven full of relics, tapestries, tombs and exquisite gardens.

This was also the largest meet that I have ever attended. there seemed to be about 25 people there all dress in elegant black.

One of my favourite things to do is collect. I collect all sorts of things: toys, magazines, stories, stationary. Lately, I have been collecting people. This is something that I just noticed today and found quite amusing. I have a little list of blogs and websites that I check every day for inspiration, and sheer entertainment. This started about two years ago, when I really unleashed all of my curiosity onto the interent. I opened an etsy shop, and started to discover the world of blogging.The first person that really caught me was Princess Skye. I stumbled across the Princess Portal while looking for lolita coordinates and I instantly fell in love. As corny as it sounds, I felt like I had found a kindred spirit from across te world, on te internet. I began to follow her blog, laughing and reminiscing at her post of old fairy tales and her adorable photoshoots. Since then I have watched her evolve into a beautiful dreamy fairyl tale her self, and from Princess Skye, she became The Lost Princess. I started looking for others like her, and like myslef, trapped here in my computer. I started collecting. After Skye was Kumako, a character designer who has a lovely online shop based in Japan. Her love for all things cute mirrored mine so well. I tucked her away in my sidebar. I discovered the mysteriously beautiful Kassandra Leigh Purcell whose self taken photos dazzled me. Doe Deere, and all of her colourful and whimsical collections of clothing and make-up inspired me, and made an instant fan of me. Collect collect. Gala and her smart, relevant articles splashed with whimsy and a stellar wardrobe. Collect. Miss Lumpy, Lolita Charm. Collect Collect. Now my sidebar is full of daydreams, sugary treats , and magical stories of girls all over the internet that share the same ideas and dreams that I have. When I click on there names, I enter a world that is sacred, and hidden away form all of the negative and dream bashing element of the ooutside world. I can sit in a fluffly lavender cloud and sip strawberry tea, or lay in a meadow reading a long lost fable with a few friends. A lovely escape! I must insist that anyone who enjoys a bit of a enchanted getaway every now and then stops by any of their blogs. You might just realize that you are not alone in your world of fantasy either!

This was my first time celebrating International Lolita Day with others. Usually I just get all dressd up, go shopping anf have desserts all day. Tha was before I made any lolita friends in my area. Now that I have joined the Philly Loita group, I am not alone! Melissa and I went to celebrate at Kinokuniya, a japanese book sotre in New York. We had the best time meeting everyone, getting snaps, and posing for photographers. We were even interviewed by SamuraiBeat Radio which was really exciting! I took a bunch of pictures, and since my flickr is full and iI refuse to pay, I will put some here, and some on my LJ!

This is the scarf that I sent to Dina to model. It is long (wrapped around the mannequin three times!) and has two giant bon bons on the ends! It has been taking me a great deal longer that I would have liked to get this relaunch off of the ground, but things will start trickling into my shop soon enough. :)
Dina is super gorgeous, and I know that what ever she does with this will be stunning! This picture was taken by Nandi and is titled "Cherry Blossom Princess".

My best friend and I have a joint birthday party every year. We figured, since we are only a week apart, it just worked better that way.This year, we decided on n Alice in Wonderland theme, much to my delight! I will be dressing as Alice, of course, ans Karen will be the queen of hearts. Believe me, our choices are very well suited!

I really didn't prepare for this years party the way that I should have, but I decided to make a little post, just in case I have missed anyone with invitations or anything. Here is a little rundown of what we have planned:

Anyone is welcomed to join in any of these festivities, I am a strong believer in the "the more the merrier!"

Karen and I like to celebrate our birthday for the the entire week between mine and hers, so there will loads of fun to post about when it is all over!!

The other day was so extra gloomy! The wind blew the clouds were dark, and the rain pitter pattered on and off all day. I don't really mind those kinds of days, so I wasn't down, oh no, I was up. Up to take photos! I didn't really plan it well, but I decided that since it was perfect vampire weather (and since I am finishing the third book in the twilight series) I would bring out my inner Alice. I had a good number of pieces in my wardrobe that reminded me of her, so I chose a few and started snapping!

This may seem strange to some, but I am and have always been a dress up type of person. Every day (when I don't have to wear a lame massage polo!) I dress up as whatever character I feel like. Not so much cosplaying, but just wearing the colours of my mood, or of another time. I tend to be greatly inspired by the things that I do and the emotions that I feel every day. If I am reading a book, I really enter that world and become one of the characters. Not that I copy the style of the character completely, but I imagine what I would wear if I were a part of that story, and create an outfit that reflects that.

Alice Cullen is one of my favourite characters in a while because she reminds me a lot of myself. I don't drink blood of course( although I am a vegetarian ha ha!) but I can see the positive of things, and am very easily excited. I love fashion, and I looove parties! I also drive a little too fast for any ones health! I have always kept my natural hair short and spiky, and .....well.......lets' just say.. I have very accurate dreams and very good intuition. I can find any ones' lost anything, and I am very good at guessing. Of course some of these things fail, especially across the Internet, but I am known for my ....um....gifts. I know it all sounds pretty crazy, but hey, it runs in the family. I know some of you out there know what I mean, and probably have similar senses! if you do, I would love to hear about your experiences! This is a topic that I am very interested in, and don't really have anyone to share with!! I'm done babbling now.....it's cookie time!

Mmm!

For as long as I remember, I have had a fixation with lip gloss. Any kind. I just love it, and I feel as if I need to have it on at all times. I do have it on at all times, in fact I'm applying it with one hand and typing with the other. I have a white carriage in my bathroom about the size of a small shoebox, full of lip glosses. All different sizes, shapes, glossiness's, and flavours( except watermelon...eek).

I have recently decided to make my own beauty products, or to buy handmade form others. Of course I went straight to ETSY to see what I could find. I tried a few different shops, five to be exact before I fell in love completely. Body Language Soaps. So good. SO GOOD. Not only do they have a lovely variety of products to choose from (lotions, soaps, lip balm, and sugar scrubs), but the quality of the products is wonderful! The scents are so vibrant and realistic! The lotion is so quenching! The soap lather is so velvety! THE LIP BALM IS SO SMOOTH! This was my greatest joy of course, the balm. I ordered the lotion sampler and the lip balm sampler. The flavours that I chose are amazing! My two favourite balms are the raspberry lemonade and the chocolate raspberry. I adore the vixen lotion as well, it is a lot like sweet pea, but somehow sexier! Remember when I said that when I am feeling less than dandy, I shop?!? Well, I was recently released form a sad little rain cloud and boy do I have loads of things to review!! Oh, and a new mini obsession....Twilight... I know, it's a little old, and very over exposed, but I was convinced.

While picking up my god-daughter from school I noticed that she had a new back pack. It used to be High School Musical, now it was Twilight. The entire walk home was spent with her trying to convince me to watch it with her. I refused. For two days. On the third day, I gave in. (after making her promise not to spill her guts and tell me everything before it happened!) I don't know if it was the way she was gushing over how cute Edward was (she's 7) or the way she would do a worksheet then ask to watch it, then eat a sandwich, and ask again, but I just couldn't say no anymore. So......we watched it. At first, I was pretty unimpressed. I mean, the characters were gorgeous, which really helped it out, but the special effects were super cheesy and some of the acting seemed...overdone. Nevertheless, I went home, and ordered it from Amazon. What can I say? I'm a total sucker for vampires, especially sexy vampires with a love interest that happens to be Kristen Stewart. The chemistry was perfect, and that made the film for me. I just finished the first book. It took me three days. It could have taken only a couple of hours, but I have two jobs! I ordered the second book in the middle of reading the first. Bad idea! I didn't think that I would zoom through the last 200 pages in an hour. I don't even think that it was shipped yet. Now, I wait.

So I finally sent off some scarves to Nandi of Nitemare Photography! I am very excited to see what she comes up with, her work is dazzling. The photos above are my absolute favourites. These photos were published in Gothic and Lolita Bible vol.4, and the minute I turned the page I was in love! Nandi first contacted me at the very beginning of my model search and I was extremely excited ( and starstruck!) to be able to collab with her.

I was having quite a time deciding which scarf design to send to her. I really wanted to have my Alice in Wonderland collection ready sooner, but I was ill, and I had to put it on the back burner. So, I sent three others. Two were new designs, and one was the revised mint chocolate giant bow scarf.

I know... I have been gone for a long time! Thank you to everyone who sent letters and messages of concern, I had no idea how many people cared!

I had a few life changing events occur recently that kept me from my usual rainbow coloured happy world, but now I am determined to get my life back in order however I can.

The great ( or horrible) thing about going through hard times is the shopping. I don't know about you, but when something happens that causes an emotional reaction within my body, I shop. If I am sad, I shop. So, needless to say, I will be posting loads of product reviews in the next couple of days!

I don't have any children of my own, so i can't stop badgering her with questions

I am a mess. Every time that I see her I ask her at least one of those questions, putting a different nae for her baby in every time.

Naming the child is the most fascinating task to me. I have an affinity to name every thing that I see. All of the mannequins at work have names. Even my massage table has a name. I have named my unborn children dozens of times. (my boyfriend doesn' t agree to any of them!)

I have always wanted my children to have unique names, and I would love to use nouns! For example:

I sold my first bow scarf on March 28, 2008. I was so excited to have created something that I really loved, and to have others love them too was just wonderful! I never thought that I would need protection, or that I should get a copyright for my work.

When I made my first scarf, I had never seen another like it on ETSY. I checked before I made it. I didn't want to make something that someone had already made, I would feel horrible. What if they had stayed up all night thinking of a unique and adorable scarf to share with the world? What if they had used their last bit of money to purchase the yarn to make the prototype?(I'm being dramatic!)

Luckily, I didn't find another like the one in my imagination. SO I made it, and I loved it. It was so special, my first creation with the gift of crochet lessons from my mother. Yes!!!!.....No.... Now I see them popping up everywhere. Sadness(more drama). But I though it was mine!! Nope! Art imitates art, as well as life. So.....I need a copyright!

To obtain I copyright, I will need $35. Sadly, I don't have $35. If I did have it, I would use it to get gas, food, or pay a bill (half of a bill at least!). So know this, all of you who really want a bow scarf but haven't gotten one (haha!!! you know that you want one!) THE NEXT TWO SCARVES SOLD WILL GO TO MY COPYRIGHT!!! I am not trying to accuse anyone, or start any trouble. I just want to keep my scarves mine. They are still slightly different than the others that I have seen, so I hope that this will keep them in a league of their own.

Well, my dears, I have been having such a wonderful and tough time choosing only five models for my brand. So tough.....really tough. Not only am I receiving beautiful and professional entries, I have found so many of them to be very versatile, unique, and aesthetically pleasing to my dreamy eye. So................................

After careful consideration, and meetings with fellow crafters and knowledgeable colleagues, I have decided to choose 10 models instead of just five. There are many reasons to add more models that seemed obvious to others that I hadn't even thought of.

*What if someone gets sick and can't do right away?

*What if someone is out of town?

*What if they all go on holiday at the same time?

*What if all five want to model the same one thing?

*What if you would like a redhead with glasses to model the kelly green bow scarf with ruffles!?

* What if all of the things that I just mentioned happened at once!

Oh NO!! That would be horrible! Not only do I have to consider all of those things, but the entries were just so...so..........Wonderful! So many different elements that I would like to bring to Mousse au Chocolat! I have to have them all! I must! I must have that beautiful mod girl! I must have that gorgeous and elegant boy!!

So....after I calmed myself........ I made my decision. More models = more versatility!

So fun! I recently received a beautiful little package from her, full of colours and gorgeous little sweets! Unfortunately my camera battery just zonked, so I could only take a picture of one of my items, but I have much more to show!. The site is full of great pieces with charms that remind me of playing with a dollhouse. I acquired these sweet cake earrings, a teacup ring (with a little faux tea in it!), bon bon earrings, peppermint swirl earrings, and many more items that have recently been making my friends and co-workers jealous! Christmas Tree!!!!

Christmas is sooooo close I can taste it! It is a bit sour this year, but I can't shake my Christmas excitement. Although I didn't have any money for presents, and neither did anyone in my family, I am excited to spend the day with my favorite people and eat yummy cakes while watching my favorite holiday films! I know that they are corny, but holiday films have always been my favorites. Home Alone, Jingle all the Way, and The Santa Clause never fail to make me laugh and feel sentimental every time I watch them (which is usually about seven times each around the last week of xmas!). I was extremely fortunate to have a tree donated to me this year by my lovely boss, and I made quite a few of my ornaments. I really have such a wonderful job, there is always some kind of little treats I get to take home and keep! The roses, tissue paper bows, and red ribbon bows were all parts of old displays we used to use at work. Now they adorn my adorable tree! It is an adorable little gingerbread man with his little foot bitten off. I love it! I used the drunken Santa's and the ninjabread men I made last year as well. For a totally free tree, I think it turned out pretty well!

To weave or not to weave

I'm taking out my weave today after about a month of having long hair. I'm simply tired of it, and I do enjoy my short hair so much that I figured I could use a change. I'm sure my boyfriend will be happy. He does'nt like fake hair. He always asks " What if I was wearing a fake beard or something?" That woudl indeed be weird, but I don't think the two are quite the same. Sometimes I want short hair, and sometimes I don't. Whenever the weather is poor, I would rather wear my hair in a ponytail than curl it up just so that it can fall back down. But, when the weather is cold, I want to wear hats, and they usually don't fit with my weave style. So, it comes out again! I love that kind of versatitlity and I will embrace it!

Plus with weave I can add all kinds of colors and not be committed to them!

Princess Challenge: October

I love the Princess Portal! Every month, Princess Skye comes up with a clever challenge for us. These challenges are always well thought, aiming to enrich our lives as princesses. This months' challenge was to face one of your fears. Now, just being honest, there aren't many things that I am afraid of. I'm not afraid of the dark, speaking in public, being naked in public, heights, or any other common fears of that sort. I do have a horrible fear of death, but I don't think that I can conquer that until I die. So (sorry to be morbid!), I really wasn't quite sure about what I would do. then I remembered. Bees. I have never been stung by a bee. I know that everyone says that they will leave you alone unless you bother them, but it seems like if they are around, they want me. No matter what I am doing, if bees are around, I stop and run. They circle me! I swear to beans they do! I know that I'm probably overreacting,but they get so close to me with there buzzing and flying and.......I'm getting creeped out just typing about it! Once, when I was innocently pumping my gas, a couple of bees that were sipping on trash can juice came over to torment me while pumping. I ran. I left my car with the gas pump sitting in it and ran around the parking lot like a lunatic. Eventually I went back to my car (when the bees were gone!) and decided to continue pumping somewhere else. No bees for me!

So for my challenge, I decided to search out some bees, apologise for being insensitive (maybe they just want to be friends?) and ask for a quick photo of their lovely home. I went to my favorite local nature trail and search for a hive. i was nearing the end of the trail and feeling a bit discouraged when I found this:

A cute little( actually huge) tree, singing. Or......humming? No.......BUZZING! I ran at first. There were so many bees flying all around that tree. The whole area was swarming with the little buggers! I mustered up my guts ( pulled my heart out of my throat) and approached the tree.

I got a little closer, introduced myself , and snapped a shot. This is as close as I could get before my camera blurred them out! In stead of walking back the other way, I walked through the buzzing crowd to the other side, and sighed happily as the noise disappeared into the past.

Whooo!!!! I was really scared! What things are you afraid of?

My lonely meal

Well, not really. I mean I'm alone...but not sadly alone.....bla bla....

I helped my grandparents move into their new apartment today. It's getting cold outside, and all that I could think about all day was going home to my cuddley cat (who is still with me!) and eating a hot meal. When this finally happended, it was so well worth the wait!

Oh yea! And a cranberry mandarin candle!I highly recommend these!

While I enjoyed my meal I watched my new favorite anime, Super Gals! I know, I know. Trash talking, potty mouthed girls are not cute. But, it really makes me laugh. Out loud! Which is rare.

So I got some really annoying sad news today. My apartment was inspected today while I was at work, and I failed because of my cat. So I'll either get evicted, or I'll have to give her up. Now, Tippi isn't just any old cat, she is actually my grandmothers' cat that I have been cat sitting for over a year. She is extremely affectionate, and sleeps cuddled up in my arms every night. She comes when she is called, never scratches anything up, and snuggles me when I am sad. She NEVER meows. Obviously, this event has me pretty upset. I haven't spoken to anyone at the rental office yet, but I'm sure that they will be contacting me soon......booo hoo.......

Today was a bit trying for me. A couple of bizarre and stressing events took alot out of me emotionally, and I needed to escape for a bit, to put myself back together.
There are many ways to bring yourself back to a state of peace, and one of my favorites is to browse through natures picture book. So.... I went to my localpark and spent a few hours in the nature trail. I know it seems a bit ordinary and safe, but it really was a lovely experience! I took quite a few pictures and encountered a couple of scary creatures ( those will be posted after the princess challenge is over)!
